Synchronize and review your physical activity with the Unotec Health One activity bracelet. With it you can measure your heart rate, blood pressure, steps, sleep quality, distance traveled and calories consumed. You can also receive notifications (SMS, WhatsApp, email, etc...) from your Smartphone and synchronize your Activity and Sleep data. It also allows you to set a step goal and receive a notification when that goal has been achieved. The phone app also collects the history by days/weeks/months of your physical activity as well as the quality of your sleep, showing all the information in graphs that make it easy to understand. Very simple operation: it is synchronized directly from the app (without having to enter the Smartphone settings). It has multiple operating modes compatible with standard or specific use for various types of sports (Running, swimming, basketball, etc.).
